Maca

Mango lemonade

I am a big fan of making lemonades mixed with other fruits and basil and the result is always really good and refreshing.

This mango lemonade is not the exception. I combined the juice of yellow lemons, the pulp of mangoes and added a simple syrup I made in my pâté choux class and that is it.

It is a wonderful option for hot weather and also for a craving. I drink a lot of beverages throughout the day, starting with all my morning shots and juices, but I LOVE lunch time because of the agua frescas we have. My husband call the terror of liquids for the amount of them I can drink without feeling heavy.

This mango lemonade is also a great choice when you have guests and it made the list of all the favorite beverages my munchkin 1 want for her party along with orange and basil, horchata, pineapple and basil and this lemonade.

Hugs,

Maca
