¡Ya casi!/ Almost there!

Maca

______________________________________

I have been really quiet without posting, since, as I told you in my fig jam post, the summer has been crazy, chaotic and with a long list of to-do’s.

That also happens for being a novice blogger and think that with the little ones at home, without my support net, with work and with a few trips, I would have the time to cook as I do when life is nice and quiet.

I am not complaining, since, oh, have I enjoyed my munchkins and husband! and even when we were running around with our routine on stand by, no rules and basically no day-to-day normalcy, munchkin 1 had a super vacation, my husband enjoyed the little ones a lot and life reminded me, yet again, that the only thing that comes for sure, is change. So, let’s start claiming my “normal” life back.

There was a great learning as a blogger: next year, and probably for Christmas, I need to be ready and have a lot of recipes ready and written to be able to keep posting when the little ones are here and the festivities reach us.

I have a few recipes that are almost ready like my ricotta gnocchi with roasted carrot sauce and my profiteroles, and others that I have been improving like my oast and molasses bread and my tomato loaf that is wonderful, besides that I learnt a new technique that has now become my favorite.

See you in two weeks.

Hugs,

Maca
