Maca

Christmas coffee

This time of year, is very nice. People are kinder to each other, or, in the case of Mexico City, less aggressive, everything has Little lights everywhere, which personally, I like very much, there are many celebrations where we see friends and family we don’t get to see very often and, of course, the food is delicious and special because we tend to put more effort to it, or we make dishes we only prepare this time of year.

One of the things I like the most about Christmas time is that everything has a lot of spices and the piloncillo mixed with these has a wonderful aroma and even better taste. So, I really enjoy using a lot of spices in beverages and sweet stuff. And just with that idea in mind, I made a coffee and spices beverage for this cold weather.

I am not a big fan of coffee but, in this case, mixed with the almond milk, the ginger and cinnamon, it tastes delicious and makes it perfect for the season.

Hugs,

Maca
