Les paso este compilado de algunas recetas de pescado que tengo en el blog y que son las favoritas, ya sea de mi familia, o mías y son las que hago más seguido en mi casa. Como se darán cuenta, hay más de salmón, pues el sabor nos gusta más y por la cantidad de Omegas 3 que contiene, trato de que los niños lo coman seguido. Además, en general a los cuatro nos cuesta trabajo el pescado blanco que es muy “pescadoso”, así que los pescados como el huachinango lo comemos menos.

Recipes with fish
I made this compilation of some of the recipes that I have on the blog with fish, and that mine and my family’s favorite and are also the ones I cook the most often at home. You will see that there are more salmon recipes because we really like the flavor and because of the amount of good oils it contains, I try to cook it often for the kids. Besides, all four of us have a hard time with white fish that have a more fishy flavor, like red snapper, which we eat less.
